Capiz - The Aswang Capital No More

I've only known Capiz for its "aswangs"...

...until  I discovered that the province has something else to be known for having. The biggest church bell in Asia is found here and it's called Pan-ay Bell.

Below is the Sta. Monica Church in Pan-ay, Capiz where the largest bell in Asia is kept.

PS... Based on my experience, Capiz is an aswang-free province. :D

Bora is not overrated afterall.

I Just Made My Vote Count

Even though it took me almost 3 hours to finally cast my vote, it's worth the long wait.

This was the first time I voted for a president. It was also my first time to see a PCOS machine (HAHAHA). I am really for the automated counting of votes because I witnessed how SLOW and TIRING it was for the teachers to count the votes manually. We're in a high-tech world now, come on! This is long overdue! (Next up, automated voting!)

The voting itself can be done in just a couple of minutes. The verification of voters and the limited PCOS machines are the reasons why it took us long to finish the process. Hopefully, next time the process gets better and more organized.

Camayan Beach Resort in Subic

Our company had an outing in Camayan Beach resort. The place is huge and is good for fun-filled activities for company outings like ours.

We had an "amazing race" and the place is very appropriate for this kind of activity.

They set up three long tables just before the shore where we had our dinner. There was also a stage set for the performers to sing and dance.

The rooms and amenities were great and the resort staff were very accommodating.

The best thing about my stay there? I had to go home earlier so I can't wait for our scheduled departure and company bus ride. When we asked the front desk on how to go to the bus terminal, they offered us a free ride to the terminal. Cool eh?

Some of the pictures I took when I roamed around the place:
